Pharmaceris P Ichtilix-Forte, a keratolytic liquid designed to reduce psoriatic scale build-up, is recommended for daily treatment of the scalp and other hair-bearing areas affected by psoriatic lesions or chronic dandruff. This product aims to decrease scaling and normalize epidermal cell shedding, thereby extending periods of remission. It is also suitable for preventive use.
The formulation includes willow bark extract and salicylic acid, which gently exfoliate keratinized epidermal cells, reducing the appearance of dandruff and psoriatic scales. This helps extend remission periods and prevent flare-ups. The antibacterial complex DDL inhibits bacterial proliferation, preventing the recurrence of scales and dandruff.
Additionally, highly concentrated urea provides a strong keratolytic effect, moisturizing and regenerating the skin to restore comfort and a healthy appearance. The product’s neutral pH is compatible with the skin, and it does not weigh down hair or make it appear clumpy or greasy. The formula also soothes irritation and alleviates itching and burning sensations.
Apply the product morning and at bedtime onto the affected areas, and especially the hair-bearing areas.
Spray the product onto each parting three times by pressing the atomizer button.
Rub gently into the scalp.
